When the Mistake Is on Your End:
If the return is due to incorrect information provided during the order process, such as a wrong product selection or an incorrect shipping address, you will need to cover the associated costs. Please double-check all details when placing your order to avoid errors.
When the Mistake Is on Our End:
In the rare event that we send the wrong product (e.g., incorrect coffee grind or label), we will take full responsibility for correcting the issue. Please contact us with details of the error, and we will cover the cost of replacing the product and shipping it to you promptly.
When No One Is at Fault:
If the issue arises due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier mishandling, package theft, or items reported as undelivered, we will share responsibility. In these cases:
- You may file a claim with the carrier.
- If you choose to reorder, you will cover the shipping costs, while we will contribute up to $25.00 toward the product replacement.
Please Note:
- Returned coffee cannot be accepted due to safety and quality concerns.
- For international orders, we do not offer guarantees or replacements.
- Bulk orders are sold Ex-Warehouse and are non-returnable.
